A permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and across the
nortbeasterly 8.00 feet of I.ots 1 and 8, Block 57, Kituon's Addifion to Saint
Paul.

Also, a permanent easement for sewer purposes over, under and across those
portions of vacated Prince Street, vacated John Street, vacated Lafayette
Street (formerly Locust Street) and Lou 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 64, Kittson's
Addition to Saint Paul being 15.00 feet on either side of the following
described line:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of vacated
Prince Street with tbe centerline of vacated John Street, thence
southeasterly £or a distance of 35.00 feet along the centerline of
said vacated John Street to the point of beginning of the line to
be described; ihence northeasterly, parallel with said vacated
Frince Street, a disYance of 240.00 feet; tUence northwesterly,
pazallel to said centerline of vacated John Street, to the
centerline of said vacated Prince Street and there said line
terminates.

for the taking oP the land or easements thezein appropriated for the above impcovement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the CouncIl upon said report and for a confirmafion
of the award of daznages made by the D"zrector of Finance and also upon the said assessment of bene£its; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in ttye City of St. Paul on tne 12th day of
June, 1996 at �89-�'-�f. �{•',�0 �/J7• ��� �d that the Directoz of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as presciibed by the Charter.
