1 Whereas, Ange1 Totev, Counselor of Religions and Cultural Questions fram Gambol, Bulgaria is
2 visiting Saint Paul, and
3 Whereas, Mr. Totev, as a representative of the City of Gambol, has expressed interest in learning
4 more about our form and structure of government, and
5 Whereas, Mr. Totev visited the offices of the Saint Paul City Council and Mayor to observe the
6 operations of our government, and
7 Whereas, Mr. Totev has expressed an interest in developing a relationship between Gombol,
8 Bulgaria and Saint Paul, be it
9 Resolved, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul, on behalf of its citizens, extends a warm
10 welcome to Angel Totev as he tours our city, and be it
11 Finally resolved, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul e�tend the hand of friendship to all the
12 citizens of Gombol, Bulgaria.
