II Persons connected with the program will remain employees of the City, and, therefore, covered by the City's Workers Compensation program; will be paid by the City and entitled to City fringe benefits. Persons connected with the program will be expected to abide by and are govexned by the rules and regulations of the City. III The police officers furnished by the City to the District will per£orm services and duties as directed by the supervisor of the school liaison program in cooperation with the diatrict. IV District and City shall mutually agree upon the personnel to be selected by the City and assigned to the District, and from time to time, ehall review the selection of peraonnel to achieve che best interests of both the District and the City. 04/09/1996 14:47 6122923675 SAINT PAUL POLICE PA6E 03 �l� -���1 � Guidelines concerning duties to be performed by the officere shall be determined by the Aiatrict and City- vI Billing for the services described in paragraph 3, shall be made no later than 10 days past June 10,1996. The Diatrict agrees to pay the amount billed no later than 3o days after receipt of the bill. VII Either party to this agreement may cancel this said Agreement upon serving a written 30-day notice upon the other party. In the event that this Agreement is canceled pursuant to this provision, the costs payable by District to the City ahall be prorated up to said date of cancellation, VIII Either party to this agreement may extend or amend this said Agreement with the mutual consent and agreement of both parties. in the event that this Agreement is extended or amended pursuant to this provision, the costs payable by District to the City shall be prorated from said date of extension. II Persons connected with the program will remain employees of the City, and, therefore, covered by the city's Workers Compensation program; will be paid by the City and entitled to City fringe benefits. Persons connected with the program will be expected to abide by and are governed by the rules and regulationa of the City.
