WHEREAS, the Department of Puhlic Works will be letting 6ids for construction of �hio Street, antl
WHEREAS, this work was originally adopted by City Council Resolution 95-7477, known as Log
and funded by Municipal Siate Aid (MSA) and Assessments, and
WHEREAS, the MSA-funded streeis carry restrictions regarding street width and parking that df:f not apply to
locally-funded streets, and �
WHEREAS, area reside�ts have expressetl opposition to the resiriction of some

partial funding for a construction contingency, and be it
