1 WHEREAS, The improvements on County State Highway 53 (Dale Street) between
2 St. Anthony Avenue and Central Avenue and between University Avenue and
3 Minnehaha Avenue will be under the supervision of the City of Saint Paul and in
4 accordance with City Project P-1046 (S.A.P. 62-653-03 & 164-020-81); and
5
6 WI-IEREAS, The City of Saint Paui desires to enter into a Cooperative Construction
7 Agreement with Ramsey County; now therefore, be it
8
9 RESOLUED, That we herebq authorize the proper city officials to sign the Agreement.

The ciiy plans to reconstruct Dale Sh in 1996. Ramsey County has agreed to participate in the funding of
the project in accordance with the county's cost participation poHcy. This Resolution will allow the proper
city officials to sign the Agreement, allowtng the city to recefve funding from Ramsey County.
