These organizations will be added to the list for 1996 and may then be eligible to receive direct donations from charitable gambling organizations. ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED: Organizations may receive direct charitable gambling donations which will be used to off-set the costs of providing programs for Saint Paul youth.
