Where, Why): The Saint Paul Public Health needs physiciari coverage in its Refugee Health Program. The Univexsity of Minnesota has agreed that Dr. Satran can provide this service at a rate of $45.00 per hour during the period of January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996. This is a very reasonable rate to obtain physician services and allows for better use of our financial resources. Dr. Satran has extensive experience working in the Refugee Clinic.
