4 ciaim for damages sustained April 25, 1992, when the St. Paui Police Impound Lot

Bank St. Croix was the holder of a perfected security interest in
a 1977 GMC truck auctioned by the St. Paul Police Impound Lot on
April 25, 1992. The Impound Lot sold the vehicle for a private
towing company without knowledge of the lien and without notifying
Bank St. Croix of the sale. Our of£ice has agreed with Bank St.
Croix to settle this claim for $5,100.
