This action is based upon an evaluation of the position using the City's QES job evaluation system.
ADVAN7'AGES IF APPROVED:
Equitable compensation will be established for the position. In addition, the QES recommended pay grade is two
grades lower than that assigned the current provisional position. The current pay range is $35,000 to $46,000
annually while the recommended range is $31,300 to $41,000 annually.
