1 RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in fiill to the City of Saint
2 Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and d'uected to pay out of the Tort
3 Liability Fund 09070-0511 to American Family Insurance Group the sum of $3,818.76 in full
4 settlement of its claim for damages sustained to its insured on October 9, 1995, as a result
5 of an accident with a city-owned vehicle at or near Maryland and Edgerton.

On October 9, 1995, claimant, Agata Hoscoe, was proceeding eastbound
on Maryland Avenue when a City of 5aint Paul truck driven by Richard
Owens changed lanes in £ront o£ her and struck her 1990 Buick Century.
As a result of the impact, Ms. Roscoe's vehicle sustained damages.
Claimant's insurance company, American Family Insurance, paid
$3,818.76 in damages under their collision coverage. We have agreed
