1 WHEREAS, in 1991, the reconstruction of the Robert Street Bridge, Trunk Highway number
2 52, made necessary the revision of the traffic signai lights at the Robert Street intersections of
3 Keilogg Boulevard and Fillmore Street under City Project number T-1249 and State Project
4 number SP 6217-34, and

6 WHEREAS, because Robert Street is Trunk Highway number 52, the Minnesota Department
7 of Transportation (MnDOTj participated in the costs of the signal revision, and
8
9 WHEREAS, a cooperative cost sharing agreement number 67759 was initiated between the
1 d� City of Saint Paul and the Minnesota Department of Transportation which stipufates the costs
11 and terms of MnDOT's cost participation on this project, and
12
13 WHEREAS, the payment from MnDOT to the City of Saint Paul is $7,417.40 to be deposited
� 4 into Pubiic Works account number C91-2T823, now, theretore,

BE fT RESOLVED, that the proper Gity officials be authorized to execute and approve, on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul, cooperative cost sharing number 67759 between the City of
Saint Paul and the Minnesota Depertment of Transportation.
