ll WHEREAS, said properry described is necessary for street widening in connection with the
12 Dale Street North Improvement Project, said property was approved for acquisition on
13 with Council File Numbered 8&-1522. The value at which said property may be purchased at is
14 in the amount of Four Hundred Fozty Two Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty One Doilars
15 ($442,331), this being a fair and reasonable value for the subject properties as determined by an
16 independent appraiser; and

18 'WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said property at
19 the recommended value, subject to the terms outlined in the Purchase Agreement between the
20 Fee Owner and City of Saint Paui;

22 SO THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVEB, that the proper City Officials are hereby
23 authorized and directed to pay Mazie A. Bies, Joanne M. Nielsen and Loretta C. Bies the susn
24 of $442,331. Said sum to be charged to Activity Codes: C88-2G003-0788-25019 and
25 C91-ZG005-0788-00000
