efficiencies are gained by doing all this work unde one contract. This work was originally adopted by the City Council under se�azate log
numbers SU-16266, SU--55259 & SU-66246, this lution transfers the spending and financing for the St Clair Ave and Oakland Street
portion of this projects to the Combined Sewer S don Paving program for award of contrac�
