License required. 15 ............................. 16 (a) ;�tt��:i'��►i� Repair Garage. No pe son shall maintain or operate an automobile or motor vehicle 17 repa'ir garage��in Saint Paul without a cense. This does not apply where the work performed is 18 done by a gasoline filling station licen ed under Chapter 424 and consists of the usual servicing of 19 motor vehicles ordinarily performed a such stations, such as the sale and installation of frost 20 shields, radiator hoses, spark plugs, b tteries and battery cables, brake fluid, oil filters, fuses, fan 21 belts, light bulbs and windshield wipe s, or such service as draining radiators; provided, however, 22 that if such gasoline filling stations en age in the business of repairing mechanical parts of motor 23 vehicles, a license as provided herein hall be required. 24 25 (b) Body shop.
