94-1534 Council File # "I`'i' 0, `�� I 1 Y a�„� Green Sheet #��� �� RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA � Presented By Referred to Committee: Date 1 WHEREAS, The Martin Luth r King Recreation Center Track Team will 2 be training at Gangelhof Center at Concordia College from 3 October, 1994 thru April 1995; 4 WHEREAS, The Martin Luth r King Recreation Center does not have 5 an indoor track for trai ing, and; 6 WHEREAS, Concordia Colle e of Saint Paul is willing to allow the 7 City to use its athletic facility at 235 N. Hamline Avenue, and; 8 WHEREAS, Concordia Colle e of Saint Paul has asked the City to 9 indemnify and hold them armless during the use of their athletic 10 facility, now; 11 THEREFORE, the City Cou il of the City of Saint Paul agrees to 12 indemnify and hold harmi ss Concordia College of Saint Paul, its 13 officers and employees om all suits, claims and actions of 14 every character and des iption brought against Concordia College 15 of Saint Paul for or on ccount of any injuries or damages 16 received or sustained b any party, parties, or property by any 17 reason of any act of ne igence omission of said City, its 18 contractors, agents or ployees, or on account of any act or 19 omission of the City in 'ts use and occupancy of the assigned 20 premises or use of any uipment of any kind belonging to 21 Concordia College of Sai t Paul, subject to the provisions of 22 Minnesota Statute §466.
