1 WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation administers
2 the applicants and grants rogram established by Ordinance
3 409.235; and
4 WHEREAS, the Youth P grams Fund Advisory Board was formed
5 to implement the administ tion of the ordinance for the
6 Division; and
7 WHEREAS, the Youth P grams Fund Advisory Board met on
8 August 18, 1994 to add or nizations to the eligible list for the
9 10% club for 1994; and
10 WHEREAS, New applica 'ons were approved by the
11 Youth Programs Fund Advis y Board

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE I RESOLVED, that the proper City
15 officials are hereby requ ted to promulgate an approved list of
16 eligible organizations fo the 1994 Charitable Gambling 10% Club.
