Notwithstanding other articles ' the Union contract, Ms. Joyce Conway, who is a full time employee, who was hired on Jun 13, 1983, and who is at least sixty-four (64) years of age, and who may retire after March 1, 994 and before December 31, 1994 shall be considered to have met the eligibility requireme ts for early retiree insurance as stated in the Union contract. It is further agreed that Ms. Conway all not be precluded from any improvements in early retiree insurance benefits that may be gotiated in the 1994 collective bargaining agreement.
