3 A Resolution appoint ng Jerry Blakey as the City of Saint
4 Paul's Alternate to th Joint Disparity Board of Directors.

6 WHEREAS, by Council Res lution C.F. 93-1789, adopted November 30, 1993, the
7 City of Saint Paul was authorized t enter into a Joint Disparity Study with multiple
8 governmental jurisdiction; and
9
10 WHEREAS, by said Resolut n Council President Dave Thune and
11 Councilmember Janice Rettman w e authorized to serve as members of the Joint Study
12 Board of Directors, with the City uncil reserving the ability to appoint an altemate if
13 either were unavailable; and
14
15 WHEREAS, it is desirous at his time to have Jerry Blakey appointed to serve as
16 an altemate to the Board of Direct rs for the City of Saint Paul; and now therefore
17
18 BE IT RESOLVED THAT J rry Blakey is hereby authorized to serve as an
19 alternate to the Joint Disp�ari Bo d in the event Council Pre ident Thune or
