In the Matter of construction .f a skyway bridge, concourse and vertical
access system connecting the Ch ldren's Museum and the World Trade Center
building.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of
the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,
hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $14,510,000
financed by Special A:sessments $325,000, Tax Increment Financing
$3,285,000, State of innesota Grant $1,250,000 and Private Funds
$9,650,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 16th
day of_November, 199 , at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City all and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said p blic hearing be given to the persons and in
the manner provided b the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature o the improvement and the total cost thereof
as estimated.
