In the Matter of constructing = 'anitary sewer, storm sewer and /or water
service connections, if request-d by the property owner, in conjunction
with the Irvine Avenue Area St.rm Sewer and Street Paving and Lighting
Project.
The Council of the City! of Saint Paul having received the report of
the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report,
hereby resolves:
1. That the said repora and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and tha the estimated cost thereof is per
connection assessed a the cost in effect at the time of
installation.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th_
day of_December, 199 _, at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council
Chambers of the City 'all and Court House Building in the City of
Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said pblic hearing be given to the persons and in
the manner provided b. the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature o the improvement and the total cost thereof
as estimated.

A sewer separation project is planned for th i s area. There may be property owners who wish to construct a
new connection or repair an existing connec ion to sanitary sewer, storm sewer, or water service in
conjunction with the sewer work.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Connection work can be done while the roar ay is under construction rather than disrupting it later.
DISADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
The full cost of the connections work will be assessed to the benefitted properties, payable over a maximum
of 20 years.
DISADVANTAGES IF NOT APPROVED:
Connection work done apart from the sewer s roject work would most likely be significantly more expensive.
