PAUL - COUR FILE A0/./ PRELIMINARY ORDER Y j �A �� / /�Imy F 5 NO./ 18 6 / VO ING • ARD 1 & ao In the Matter of sewer construction for the Como /Arona Area Storm Sewer Separation Project, said project consists of three separate areas, first area is bounded on the north by Frankson Avenue and the State Fair Grounds, on the east by Hamline Avenue, on the South by the Burlington Northern Rail north of Energy Park Drive and on the west by Raleigh Street. The second area is bounded on the north by Stinson Avenue, on the east by Chatsworth Street, on the south by Seminary Avenue and the west by Oxford Street. The third area is bounded on the northeast by Como Avenue, on the south by Valentine Avenue and on the west by Eustis Street. The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and ttat the estimated cost thereof is $4,725,000 financed by State Grants & Loans $3,000,000, Sewer Revenue Bonds $525,000, Claw Back $900,000, Water Surcharge $100,000 and Assessments $200,00(. 2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of November, 1994, at 3:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul. 3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
