At approximately 9 :45 a.m. on Friday, February 11, 1994, a St. Paul
snowplow truck was westbound on Minnehaha Avenue when it entered
the intersection of Lexington Parkway and Minnehaha Avenue on a red
light. The City truck struck a passenger vehicle which was southbound
on Lexington Parkway and had entered the intersection on a green
f light. The passenger vehicle was owned and being operated by Carl
Anderson. The total amount of NI". Anderson's claim is $6,943.80.
