Cedar Towing Inc. DBA Cedar Towing (Thomas Rodrigue, President) requests Council approval
of his request to locate an impound storage lot 1 1/2 miles outside the Saint Paul city
limits at 1921 E. 24th Street, Minneapolis. Cedar Towing is applying for a Tow Truck
Operator License and seven Tow Truck Vehicle Licenses. The site plan and business plan
are on file in LIEP.
This request is in conjunction with Section 361.12 of the Legislative Code.
