That Department has been disbanded. The head of ''blic Health now reports directly to the Mayor, therefore, it is appropriate •`• change the title from division manager to director in order to reflect • e current status of the position. Regarding the minimum qualifi =tions, it was determined that in order to increase the pool of potential candidates it was appropriate to expand the educational requirements and clearly define what is meant by experience in public health as well as reduc- the number of years of high level experience form four to three.
