2 RESOLVED, that the firearms license of the Saint Paul Firearms Company,
3 Gregg A. Perkins, President, for the premises at 634 North Snelling Avenue in Saint Paul
4 for a firearms license under Chapter 225 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby
5 revoked.

7 This Resolution is based on the Order of the District Court for the Second
8 Judicial District, dated August 12, 1994, a copy of which is attached hereto.

The above - entitled matter came on for hearing before the
undersigned Judge of District Court at the Ramsey County
Courthouse, in the City of Saint Paul, State of Minnesota, on April
22, 1994. Petitioners /Plaintiffs and Respondents /Defendants both
motioned the court for summary judgment. Richard D. Snyder, Esq.
4, and Kent G. Harbison, Esq. appeared on behalf of the
Petitioners /Plaintiffs. Pkilip Byrne, Esq., appeared on behalf of
the Respondents /Defendants.
The Court, having heard the arguments of counsel and upon all
the files, records and pro ;eedings herein and being fully advised
in the premises:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Petitioners / Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is
granted;
2. The petition for writ of mandamus is granted and

the firearms dealer's license issued to. Saint Paul Firearms
Company; -
3. The resolution alopted.by the St. Paul City Council on
October 14, 1993, council !lie 93 -517 is reversed;
4. The firearms dealer's license granted to Saint Paul
Firearms Company is hereby declared to be invalid, and any
continued operation of the firearms business pursuant to that
license is declared to be _llegal;
5. Respondents /Defendants St. Paul City Council and City of
St. Paul's motion for summary judgment is denied.
LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
