2 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that Chapter 504, Laws of
3 Minnesota 1994, which chapter authorizes a program for the replacement of lead pipes and
4 the charging or assessment of costs for the program and the issuance of general or special
5 obligations to pay the costs of the program, copy of which is filed herewith, shall be and said
6 Chapter 504 hereby is in all things approved; and be it
7
8 FURTHER RESOLVED, t ,at the City Clerk shall forthwith file with the Secretary
9 of State a certificate in form prescribed by the Attorney General stating the essential facts
10 necessary to said approval of Chapter 504 hereunder and including a copy of this
11 Resolution.
