2 RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint
3 Paul, the proper City officers are h zreby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
4 Liability Fund 09070 -0511 to State Farm Insurance Company and its insured, Carl E.
5 Anderson, the sum of $8,528.50 in full settlement of their claim for damages sustained
6 February 11, 1994, as a result of Mr. Anderson's accident with a city snowplow at or near
7 Lexington Parkway and Minnehaha Avenue.

At approximately 9:45 a.m. on Fr_day, February 11, 1994, a St. Paul
snowplow truck was westbound on Rinnehaha Avenue when it entered
the intersection of Lexington Pakrway and Minnehaha Avenue on a red a
light. The City truck struck a passenger vehicle which was southbound 9
on Lexington Pakrway and had enured the intersection on a green
light. The passenger vehicle was owned and being operated by Carl .
Anderson. The total amount of M Anderson's claim is $8,528.50.
