INITIATING PROBLEM, ISSUE, OPPORTUNITY (WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WINERE, WHY):
There are permit parking zones to the ?ast and to the south because St. Thomas College students
used to park in residential areas. Now students park just beyond permit parking areas.
Consequently, residents petitioned to have permit parking regulations installed here. Petition was
signed by 15 of 23 property owners. Therefore, 60% requirement is exceeded.
ADVANTAGES IF APPROVED:
Students and non - residents will not be able to park here between specified times. Residents are
pleased to disperse student parking.
