In the Matter of condemning and taking of property for the Burlington- C�
Northern (Phalen Creek) Trail Access and future Trailhead Development; �
said land being described as follows:
Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 12, subject to the rights acquired by the
City of Saint. Paul for the opening of East Seventh Street, and
that part of vacated Grove Street accruing to said Lots; that
part of Grove Street accruing to Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 13, all
in Brunson's Addition to the Town of Saint Paul in the County of
Ramsey and Territory of Minnesota; also,
Lot 8, Block 12, and vacated Grove Street accruing thereto,
subject to the rights acquired by the City of Saint Paul for the
opening of East Seventh Street, Brunson's Addition to the Town of
Saint Paul in the County of Ramsey and Territory of Minnesota; also
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Block 13, and that part of vacated Grove
Street accruing thereto, subject to Interstate Highway 1 -94, said
Brunson's Addition.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no
alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $450,000.00
financed by 1994 Metropolitan Parks and Open Space Grant.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 28th day
September, 1994 at the hour of 3:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council
Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City
of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and
in the manner provided ty the Charter, stating the time and place
of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost
thereof as estimated.
