RESOLVED: That application for the renewal of the On Sale Liquor -C, Sunday On Sale
Liquor and Restaurant -C icense (ID #14046) currently held by B H & M Inc.
DBA Born's Dutch Bar at 99 Rice Street, be and the same is hereby renewed
with the following condi ions:
1. All doors to the bar should remain closed after 9:00 PM
2. Hired security stafif is to be on duty Friday and Saturday nights 8:00
PM to closing.
3. The street and sid alk area in front of the bar should be monitored
for security reaso each day of the week at closing time.
4. The entrance to th bar should be monitored hourly during hours of
operation for any desirable activities occurring by patrons of the
bar.
5. Appropriate exteri r lighting will be added to provide additional
illumination at th front of the bar.

renewal of the On Sale Liquor -C, Sunday On Sale Liquor and Restaurant -C License.
Phil Byrne and Robert Ressler have reviewed the application and have agreed that the
LIEP Office may now forward it to th■ Saint Paul City Council. The LIEP Office's
recommendation is for approval. (SE3 CONDITIONS ON RESOLUTION)
