3 WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
4 Saint Paul have adopted the HRA Budget for the Fiscal Year 1996 through its Resolution 95 -12/, subject
5 to the approval of the City of Saint Paul; and

7 WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
8 Saint Paul, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.033, have levied the
9 Redevelopment and Relocation tax to be collected in 1996 through its Resolution 95 -12/ , subject to the
10 approval of the Council of the City of Saint Paul; and

12 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment and Relocation tax levy is necessary for the financing of appropriations
13 within the 1996 HRA Budget; now, therefore, be it
14
15 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that, pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota
16 Statutes, Section 469.033, the Redevelopment and Relocation tax levied by the Housing and
17 Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, to be collected in 1996 in the amounts set forth
18 below, is hereby approved:

38 FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 469.033, the City Clerk is
39 hereby directed to certify this Tax Levy Resolution to the County Auditor of Ramsey County immediately
40 upon adoption and approval of this resolution.

42 FINALLY RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 469.033, the HRA
43 BUDGET for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1996, as adopted by the Housing and Redevelopment
44 Authority of the City of Saint Paul, is hereby approved.
