�n �arc� 4, 1�J�5, a C`ity of $aint FYaul fire truck driven by Patrick Ryan, was taldng the
12th Street etcit from I-94. The operator applied the brakes into the turn and the fire truck
drifted onto the apzon of the overpass and went out of contiol. The vehicle went ariborne
and came to rest strildng a vehicle owned by Mark and Suzette Bye which was legally
parked in the parking lot of St. Paul Ramsey Medical Center. As a result of the impact,
their vehicle was damaged in the amount of $4,509.78. The owner's insurance company,
GRE Insurance Group, has paid their damages and has filed a subrogation claim against
