WHEREAS, the T_,eawe of A4innesota Cities, ���hich represents 811 of Minnesota's
856 cities as well as 10 urban tow�ns and special districts, has led the coordination of
member cities in the development of a 1995 ACTION AGENDA which identifies issues
as priorities for action during the 199� legislative session; and
WHEREAS, The Ciry of Saint Paul was an active participant in this coordinated
effort and the City approves generally these priorities; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Counci] of the Ciry of Saint Paul does hereby favorably
recommend the priorities identified by the Leaa e of Minnesota Cities and does hereby
urge that these issues be zddressed by the L.egislature during the 1995 session.
