WHEREAS, the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities has
adopted its 1995 POLICIES & LEGZSLATIVE PROPOSALS to be
considered by the Minnesota Legislature during the 1995 session;
and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul was an active participant in
the development of these Policies and Legislative Proposals and
the City concurs generally these policies and proposals; now
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby recommend for consideration by the Minnesota Legislature
the 1995 Policies and Legislative Proposals submitted by the
Association of Metropolitan Municipalities and does hereby urge
that these issues be addressed by the Legislature during the 1995
session.
