" Maintain the existing municipal tort liability cap. * Provide additional funding for the clean up of contaminated land. * Maintain support of Light Rail Transit in the Central Corridor. x Provide funding for the Port Authority's customized job training program. a� * Provide the necessary funding for operations and maintenance for the Metropolitan Parks System. * Provide the funding, as recommended by the Legislative Commission on Minnesota Resources, for the Metropolitan Parks System. * Limit the City's liability resulting from the acfions of off-duty law enfarcement personnel. * Provide Ramsey County the funding necessary for downsizing of Family Style Homes on W. 7th Street. x Provide necessary statute changes and funding to allow for lead hazard reductions.
