0'Gara Sar & Grill, Inc. is requesting a permit to put in a patio in the
spring of 1995 or May lst. It will seat 44 people. It wiil be at ground
level and have a poured concrete floor and wrought iron fencing. It does
not reduce any parking spaces as this area was a no parking zone. The
hours of operation will be regulated by city ordinances and codes.
