WHEREAS, In 1994, the Department of Fire & Safety Services received refunds from the return of inedical equipment
that was found to be unsatisfactory, and
WHEREAS, The Fire Department needs to purchase replacement medical equipment with this revenue, and
WHEREAS, The Mayor, pursuarrt to Sections 10.07.1 and 10.07.4 of the City Charter recommends the following
changes for the 1995 budget;

The Saint Paul Department of Fire & Safety Services received refunds from the return of unsatisfactory medical
equipment purchased. The Department needs to appropriate this revenue received in 1994 to purchase
replacement medical equipment for iYs paramedic units.
