Wf�REAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, Chapter 33.03(fj. Building codes and inspections; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 33.03(fl requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
5 WI�REAS, the City Council may extend the initial six (� months by an additional
6 six (6) months if it can be shown the work is proceeding expeditiously and is
7 more than 50% completed; and
8 WF�REAS, the owner of 621 Wells in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
9 extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and

WHEREAS, the work at 621 Wells is 53 % completed and proceeded
expetlitiously; and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Official recommends approval of the si4
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RFSOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the property owner of
621 Wells in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 3-26-95 to 9-26-95 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.

The two family dwelling at 621 Wells is being rehabilitated under provision of the Nuisance
Buildine ordinance. The work is 53 % completed, but it is our recommendation that a six (6)
month extension of the completion time be granted the owner.
