i RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul enter into a Sub-grant Agreement with the Division of
z Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program entitled
s Public Assistance for FEMA 993-DR, and
s BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Assistant Fire Chief Warren Schaub is hereby authorized to
s execute and sign such Sub-grant Agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement
� the project on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.

The City of Saint Paul has recently been advised that as a political subdivision receiving federal fmancial
assistance under the Public Assistance Program, the attached Council Resolution needs to be passed identifying
Assistant Chief Warren Schaub as signature authority for all Sub-grant Agreements and amendments as aze
necessat•y to implement this project on the City's behalf.
