RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all reapeets ratitied.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment be and it is hereby determined to be payable in Twenty ( 20)
equal installments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper City Departments are authorized to
pay the construction costs from Account Activity No. C-94-IT003

received a petition from Stephen C. Bremer
for a fire pzotection system for
WHEREAS, said petition meets the requirements of Minnesota Statues 429
and the city policy on assessing costs for fire protection systems; and
WHEREAS, the Council has fully considezed and reviewed the petition and
policy; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order
that the above described improvement be made, and the proper city officers
are hereby d�rected and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the completion of said improvement, the
proper City officers shall calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall
report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 429 of the
*finnesota Statues and the fire pzotection system policy and
FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon
recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement
Budget Committee, that the Capital Improvement Budget, as heretofore adop�ed
and amended by this Council is hereby further amended in following

submitted to the CouncIl, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in aIl respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 26th day of
April, 1995, at 3: 30 P.M. ., in the CouncIl Chamber of the
Court House and City Hatl Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Director of Finance give notice of said meetings, as
required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the
amount assessed against the lot or lots of the particutar owner to whom the notice is directed.
