Vance Brown's Subdivision of Stinson Brown and Ramsey's Addition to the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, subject to Pleasant Avenue as opened across said I.ots 36, 3� and 38. WHEREAS, the properties described above are necessary for ponding purposes in connection with the Grand\St.Albans Sewer Separation Project. Said properties were approved for acquisition on June 8th, 1994 with Council File Numbered 94-832. The value at which these properties may be purchased is in the amount of Twenty-Eight Thousand Doliars ($28,000), this being a fair and reasonable value for the subject properties as determined by an independent appraiser; and WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has recommended the purchase of said properties at the recommended value; SO THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay CMC Real Estate Corporation, CMC Heartland Partners and Chicago Milwaukee Corporation, the sum of $28,000.
