NTere, Why): The community center at 179 E. Robie, commonly known as Neighborhood House Community Center and E1 Rio Vista Recreation Center has had an addition built to improve the services provided by Neighborhood House and the City. Because of the addition, the previous management agreement is no longer valid. A new agreement must be executed. ADVANTAGESIFAPPROVED. ' A new agreement will address changes in laws, codes and ordinances that have been enacted since 1970 when the original agreement was execu�ed. The new term will be much shorter than the original one. The revised forma,t will allow for changing conditions. The new agreement will have dispute resolution language included. The new agreement will accurately reflect the changes in operation of the facility due to the new addition.
