The acquisition of these easements is necessary to construct the roadway as planned. DVANI'AGPS IF APYROVID: Roadway could be constructed as planned, and cars would no longer have to turn onto and off of Alaryland Avenue to travel on Prosperity Avenue, resulting in a smoother and safer traffic flow for both Prosperity and Maryland. DISADVANIAGES TF APPROVID: he roadway easements would become an encumbrance on the affected properties.
