In the matter of condemning and taking temporary construction easement in
VOTING connection with the Como/Arona Sewer Separation Project, said easement
�+T� area is described as follows:
1 & 4
The Northeast 20 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3 Saint Anthony Park North;
Also, the North 20 feet of Lots 13, 14, 15, the North 20 feet and
the West 10 feet of Lot 16, Block 1, Long's Addition;
Also, the North 20 feet of the East 10 feet of Lot 4, Lots 1, 2
and 3, Block 2, Long`s Addition.
Said temporary easements are to expire before December 31, 1995 or
at the finish of said project, whichever occurs first.

The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the CouncIl
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the lOth day of
May, 1995, at 3:30 P.M. � and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Chazter.
