A 20 :oot wide utility easement under and across that part of
VOTING Lot 69, Lane's Edgcumbe Hills, City of Saint Pav!, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, the centerline of said easement described
jqT�D as follows:
3 Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot 69,
thence south along the west line of said Lot 69 a
distance of 119.71 feet to the point of beginning
of the centerline to be described; thence
deflecting to the left 108 degrees 59 minutes A7.3
seconds, a distance of 36.62 feet; thence
deflecting to the left 45 degrees 57 minUtes 51.8
seconds,a distance of 49.93 feet; thence deflecting
to the right 51 degrees 04 minutes 05.3 seconds, a
distance of 161.64 feet to a point on the
southwesterly right-of-way line of Lower St Dennis
Road, said point being 21.93 feet southeasterly of
the northeast corner of said Lot 69 as measured
along the southwesterly right-of-way of Lower St
Dennis Road and there said line terminates. The
northerly and southerly lines o£ said easement are
to be prolonged or shoYtened to terminate westeriy
at the easterly right-of-way line of Davern Street
and easterly at the southwester7y right-of-way o£
Lower St Dennis Road.

The Diiectox of Finance having submitted his ceport in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the CouncIl
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the lOth day of
May, 1995, at 3:30 P.M. ,x��;���X�., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Chartei.
