NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. Notwithstanding any other City resolution to the contrary, the terms and conditions undex which the City provides health insurance to City employees who are members of bargaining units, upon their retirement, must be specifically and fully set forth in a collective bargaining agreement or an azbitration decision. 2. Paragzaph 1 does not affect those employees who retire prior to the effective date of either a collective bargaining agreement or an azbitration decision which becomes effective for their bazgaining unit after the effective date of this resolution. 3. Paragraph 1 does not affect the provision of health insurance benefits to currently retired City employees who aze receiving such benefits under the authority of prior Council resolutions. ��/31 �yS RESOLUTION CITY OF SAINT PAUL.
