Whereas, the City of Saint Paul, Division of Parks and Recreation manages the North
End Multi-Service Center at 1021 North Marion Street, and
Whereas, the Ramsey County Community Conections Program leases office space at
North End Multi-Service Center, and
Whereas, the lease is up for renewal, and
Whereas, the County Conections Program has requested a two year lease,
7 Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Saint Paul City Council authorize the Division
s of Parks and Recreation to enter into a lease agreement with Ramsey County Corrections for
9 office space at the North End Multi-Service Center.

Administration has requested a two year lease.

AWANTAGES IF APPROVED.
The lease can be renewed for two years which would save both agencies
sta£f time. A two year lease would allow both agencies to do two year
budget planning.
