MEMORANDUM OFAGREEMENT
'This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into by and between the City of St. Paul
and the Inte;national Union of dperating Engineers, Local 70. In full settlement of
negotiations, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Except as herein, the 1993-1994 Collective Bargaining Agreement between
the parties signed on October 7, 1993 shali be the basis of the forthcoming labor
agreement.
2, Amend Article 18.1 to read as follows:
18.1 Effective December 11, 1993 vacation credits sha11 accumulate at the
rates shown below for each full hour on the payroll, excluding overtime.

WAGES, for the calendar year of 1994."

4. Amend Appendix A by adding the following at the end of Appendix A.
The wage increase for 1994 is 0%. The above December 26, 1992 rates shall
continue in effect through 1994.
This Memorandum sbali be subject to the approva] of the City Administration and the
Ciry Council.
IN WI'INESS WHEREOF, the parties here have affixed their signatures this
day of January, 1995.
