In full settlement of negotiations, the parties hereto agree as follows: 1. Except as herein, the 1993-1994 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the parties signed on October 7, 1993 shali be the basis of the forthcoming labor agreement. 2, Amend Article 18.1 to read as follows: 18.1 Effective December 11, 1993 vacation credits sha11 accumulate at the rates shown below for each full hour on the payroll, excluding overtime.
