WHEREAS, the City Council of Saint Paul has adopted the Saint Paul Legisla5ve
Code, Chapter 33.03(fl. Building codes and inspections; and
WE�REAS, Chapter 33.03(� requires that a Certificate of Compliance be obtained
within six (6) months from the date of the original inspection; and
5 WHEREAS, the City Council may extend the nutial six (6) months by an additional
6 six (6) months if it can be shown that unforseen conditions have had a significant impact
7 on completion of the work and
8 WHEREAS, the owner of 396 Edmund Avenue in the City of Saint Paul, has requested an
9 extension of six (6) months to obtain a Certificate of Compliance; and

WF�REAS, the work at 396 Edmund Avenue is 62� completed and proceeded expedifiously;
and
FINALLY, WHEREAS, the Building Officiat recommends approval of the six
(6) months extension; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of Saint Paul grant the property owner of
396 Ectmund Avenue in the City of Saint Paul an extension of six (6) months
from 2-28-95 to 8-29-95 to obtain a Certificate of Code Compliance.

The two family dwelling at 396 Edmund Avenue is being rehabilitated under provision of the
Nuisance BuildinQ ordinance. The work is 62% completed, and it is our recommendation
that a six (6) month extension of the completion time be granted the owner.
