9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, on behalf of the City of Saint
10 Paul, acknowledge George Splichal's and Jose Jovellana's xeceipt of the GFOA Award of
11 Financial Reporting Achievement and expresses its appreciation for their work resulting in
12 the award of the Certificate of Achievement.
